Annette Bianchi has served as one of our directors since January 2005. Ms. Bianchi has been a Managing Director of VantagePoint Venture Partners since April 2004. From April 1999 to April 2004, she was a Managing Director at Pacific Venture Group, a healthcare venture capital fund. Previously Ms. Bianchi was a Managing Director with Weiss, Peck & Greer Venture Partners; and a General Partner and Associate with Burr Egan & Deleage. Ms. Bianchi received bachelors and masters degrees in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
