Phillip Schneider has spent the last 16 years as the former chief financial officer and SVP of IDEC Pharmaceuticals Corporation. Prior to his association with IDEC, Mr. Schneider held various management positions at Syntex Pharmaceuticals Corporation and KPMG, LLC, where he earned his CPA. Mr. Schneider holds a M.B.A. from the University of Southern California and a B.S. in biochemistry from the University of California at Davis. Mr. Schneider is currently serving as a Board Member and Chairman of the Audit Committee for both Gen-Probe, Inc. and CancerVax. Inc.
