In January 2008, a multi-center Phase I/II clinical trial of TG101348, an oral, potent, and highly selective inhibitor of JAK2 was initiated in patients with myeloproliferative diseases. This study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, maximum tolerated dose, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary clinical activity of TG101348 in patients with myelofibrosis.
